2. Restrictions on Use

a) Age Restrictions

  • The minimum age to use the racing simulators is 7 years old.

  • All drivers under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

  • Interactive Dart Boards –
    Ages over 16: No supervision required
    Ages 14 to 16: Must be supervised
    Under 14: Not permitted to play

  • Under 18s are not permitted in the venue after 8pm, unless escorted by a responsible adult.

  • Alcohol service is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be required.

  • Meta Quest is suitable for ages 12 and over. Children should be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

b) Size Restrictions

  • The minimum height to use a simulator is 125cm (4 foot 1 inch), though this may vary by individual.

  • For optimal experience, we strongly recommend a private seat fitting for the following individuals:

    • Drivers below 125cm (4 foot 1 inch)

    • Drivers above 198cm (6 foot 6 inches)

    • Drivers above 114kg (18 stone)

c) Medical Conditions

  • While our simulators are non-motion, they provide tactile feedback by default (which can be turned off upon request).

  • Participants must inform FO SPORTS LIMITED of any pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to race safely.

  • Conditions requiring notification include (but are not limited to):

    • Heart conditions

    • Back conditions

    • Epilepsy

  • Pregnant individuals are not permitted to participate.

3. Behaviour and Attitude

a) Threatening Behaviour

  • Anti-social or aggressive behaviour towards staff or other visitors will not be tolerated.

  • FO SPORTS LIMITED reserves the right to refuse access and remove individuals from the venue without refund.

b) Language

  • We understand that simulator racing can be adrenaline-inducing, but inappropriate or controversial language is prohibited.

  • After one warning, FO SPORTS LIMITED reserves the right to remove individuals from the simulators and venue for repeated violations.

c) Treatment of Equipment

  • Simulators and other equipment must be treated respectfully.

  • Any willful or deliberate damage to equipment will require the responsible party to pay for repairs.

  • If damage results in business loss, FO SPORTS LIMITED reserves the right to seek additional compensation.

d) Alcohol Consumption

  • Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase by individuals aged 18 and over.

  • Drunk and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated, and FO SPORTS LIMITED reserves the right to refuse service.

  • Participants under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be denied access to simulators and other facilities.

  • Any individual causing a disturbance due to alcohol consumption will be removed from the premises without refund.

4. Liability

  • Drivers participate at their own risk.

  • FO SPORTS LIMITED accepts no responsibility for injuries, accidents, or illnesses occurring at the venue for drivers, spectators, or visitors.

  • FO SPORTS LIMITED accepts no responsibility for personal possessions. Visitors are advised not to bring valuables or keep them on their person at all times.

  • FO SPORTS LIMITED accepts no liability for damage to items caused by the use of simulators.

  • FO SPORTS LIMITED reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a risk to safety or disrupts the experience of other visitors.

5. Video Game Ratings

  • The Federation of Sport acknowledges that some video games may be rated 18+ and advises that their use by children is solely at the discretion of their parents or guardians. We do not accept any responsibility for the content of such games or their impact on minors.
